FLASER is a command driven text and output formatter for Windows and Unix systems.


Use FLASER's extensive mark up commands to format the output from your programs and applications. With FLASER you can dynamically format your output into type set letters, documents, manuals including the dynamic embedding of tables, graphs and sophisticated dynamic typesetting.


FLASER is also a high speed electronic forms overlay and control product. With no change to your application, FLASER can overlay forms which change according to the data on the page and distribute them multiple printers or convert them to PDF.


FLASER was originally written as a migration tool for our Fantasia/3000 software customers. It is able to support the Fantasia \ and ^ commands. If you are a Fantasia user planning to migrate off the HP3000 to Windows or Unix then use FLASER to make the move painless, at least for the output aspect of your migration.


FLASER has been jointly developed with SMM of Egham (UK) drawing on Open Seas' Fantasia product as well as SMM's Spinner and DezinaForm software. Contact us if you would like to know more about FLASER.
