Hyper-Converged Storage Systems
Starting at only $7498 per node Idealstor’s IHS ensures high availability through a virtualised shared storage platform, so that business critical applications remain operational. This is achieved by leveraging the direct attached or internal server storage including solid-state disk and presenting it as a virtual SAN.

IHS supports the industry leading hypervisors, VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V. It requires minimal server resources to provide the shared storage necessary to enable advanced hypervisor features such as High Availability/Failover Cluster, vMotion/Live Migration and Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS)/Dynamic Optimisation.

IHS is deployed as a simple 2-node cluster, however the flexibility of the architecture enables the virtual infrastructure performance and/or capacity to be scaled to meet the changing business needs, without impacting service availability. This is achieved by adding additional capacity to existing servers or by growing the IHS cluster.
IHS H1 IHS H2 IHS H2E
Idealstor IHS H1 is an entry-level hyper-converged system designed for small sized businesses, Remote Office and Edge Sites, that require high availability but do not have a large number of workloads or resource requirements. Idealstor IHS H2 is a mid-level hyper-converged system designed for virtual environments that need to start small but have the ability to scale up and scale out while enabling them to eliminate downtime of critical applications. Idealstor IHS H2E is an enhanced configuration hyper-converged system that provides maximum performance for both storage and compute while eliminating any single point of failure.
