Spinner
provides a set of utilities that enables the output from almost
any application to be parsed for content and trigger print related
processes based upon that content. These processes include document
formatting, document/file distribution, automatic email generation
and the initiation of other key processes.
SPINNER has been developed to allow traditional impact printing
applications to use laser printers. The spftware has been enhanced
over the years to become one of the most powerful intelligent
document processors on the market.

The core Spinner engine is responsible for managing the file
scanning and selection process, operational archiving and providing
the system environment from which all other modules operate. This
capability allows many functions to be performed by a single unique
application.

the typical document creation, processing and distribution problems
and also acts as a system alerting tool for many mission critical
applications and processes. These services include:
- Document Formatting and Distribution - based
on source and content allows generation of quality custom documents
in hard copy or electronic format from any application.
- Print Management - functionality that includes
re-print, print on demand, device switching and on-line
viewing.
- Development Options - either embedded Spinner
mark-up commands in your application output stream or post-process
raw ASCII output utilising Spinner logic.
- File Reformatting and Redistribution -
Provides a simple method of consolidating and managing inter-system
file transfers taking output from existing applications where the
'standard' needs to be modified to match internal processes or

transaction or page level based upon content.
- Alert Monitoring - based on content, adding
control and compliance to processes and document content. Spinner
creates alerts by scanning print, logs, messages and text files to
activate distributed alerts via multiple mediums including SMS,
Email, and pager.
