Resiliency & Self Monitoring Agents cache data when connection to ELM Server is unavailable enabling them to continue collecting data, monitoring system health and performance, and executing configured corrective actions. Data is securely stored in a Primary SQL Database for real-time reporting. A Failover Database ensures data continuity should the Primary Database be unavailable. Agent Monitor - Performs heartbeat checks on Service Agents to confirm availability. ELM Server Monitor enables Service Agents to perform heartbeat checks on the ELM Server.
