Three clicks to a fix
New multi-platform performance reporting system from US performance experts now available in the UK

A new performance reporting system for mid-range servers, now launched on the UK market, offers IT professionals a versatile and powerful troubleshooting tool - what you need to know, when you need to know it.

Meta-View Performance Manager, from US-based Lund Performance Solutions, allows system administrators to get the big picture at a glance and drill down to problems within three clicks of the mouse. It is available in this country from Open Seas, Lund's UK, Ireland and Dutch partner.

Graphical presentation and real-time web updates make the system simple to use, while its Java-based client lets it run on almost any platform - including mobiles and PDAs.

The successor to Lund's market-leading SOS, Meta-View delivers its overview in real time over the web and can be customised or used straight out of the box.

"System administrators have to find and fix their system issues quickly, without a lot of hassle," says Jason Kent, MD of Open Seas. "With Meta-View, you can drill down to a performance bottleneck almost instantly. Meta-View ensures that whether you are running one large e3000 server or dozens of hosts of various kinds, you'll be able to manage your environment more efficiently."

Meta-View supports HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, MPE, Windows NT and Windows XP. The Mobile View client runs on Palm, Treo, iPAQ, Jornada and compatible PDAs.
